Ok, Ian, seven days is much too soon to expect much recovery from a circumcision, but if your experience is anything like mine, in about a month's time everything should be fully healed and you will be beginning to feel "normal" in that area. Don't sweat it; everything will be ok, given a little time. It may help the sensitivity to apply baby powder to the bare glans and nearby tissue after you shower, having dried it carefully, of course. Good luck! rjk.
>No doubt this will ease in time. Any surgery tends to complicate blood flow etc. Even "restorers" have commeted that they experienced painful touch after they achieved some covering. Of course after all that trouble they certainly can"t admit to themselves that the mature male glans does not need to be kept covered and actually functions better uncovered after puberty. The corona expands a bit and offers better sexual response. Areas will be contacted better and will respond. Think positive.>>I used to have full phomosis and 10 months ago I finally decided to visit the urologist and do a surgery to remove some of the foreskin. I now feel fine but I still cant touch the glans without feeling pain.
>>>I have been told that only time will cure this problem. But how long do I have to wait? ANd also I have some scars around the end of the foreskin, any suggestions, creams to use maybe to stretch it?
>>Hi i am in the same situation as you by the sounds of things as i had a full circumsion 7 days ago and my glans are painfull to touch so much so that even wearing regular trousers etc is painful.i was also told by the doc that it would take time but have you any ideas how long it takes or any sug to creams or other info you can contact me direct or via the forum iselectronics-hotmail.com thanks ian
