John, this is a condition you don't have to put up with. You would be well advised to go straightaway to let a urologist examine you. He/she may want you to be circumcised, but you don't have to agree with this if you don't want it. A quite short dorsal slit can often solve problems like yours, & normally heals in a few days, after which the problem is FINISHED. Good luck! rjk.
