Do this when you shower and let the water run over it, first as it runs
off your body, then a little from the direct shower spray.

Also pull it back whenever you pee. No touching required, just while
you pee.

Great idea.

What sort of house? C'mon. Why would someone see you?

If your foreskin does in fact retract quite readily, I'd be rather surprised
if it didn't do so as you have intercourse. To expand on what I remarked
before, although it's not the only way it can work, it would seem that
the purpose of the foreskin is to cover the penis and keep it moist,
retaining the "pre-cum" until you actually penetrate your good lady at
which point it is pushed back.

Conversely, it can be pulled back over as you pull out, possibly again and
again with each stroke. Having this happen is a highly desirable mode as it
conserves lubrication in the vagina and under the foreskin making
intercourse more comfortable (as it is not uncommon for ladies to lose the
thread and produce less lubrication) than otherwise.

This is referenced as the "gliding mechanism". I very much wonder
whether you are actually experiencing this without realising it. Though
you count your glans extremely sensitive to touch, you should know your
wife's clitoris is no different, but in both cases, sexual excitement and
generous lubrication allows direct stimulation to be appreciated.

It's something you should investigate in conjunction with your wife (as of
course you should always involve her). If you had not realised such
exposure was already occurring, it would be a salutory lesson that you
were doing things fine already. If you truly have not been retracting
during intercourse, then to retract (by pulling the skin back from the
base) whilst inside her and well lubricated should be a delightful
exercise. And variations thereof.

Please do tell how all these points work out.
