I am 19, and recently found out from my GP that i have penile adhesions, i have had them quiet a while, and was woundering how to go about releasing them myself as the GP said i could. And also if adhesions stunt the grouth of a penis and can surgery be done under a local anesthetic if nessacery. Thanks
