Sigh! That's what comes of reading too many articles.

This statement implies that your foreskin is normally forward, but
retracts when you pull it back. Presumably you then pull it forward
again sooner or later.

Please do understand that paraphimosis refers to the condition of
being unable to pull the foreskin forward again. If you can pull it
forward again, you certainly have no suggestion of paraphimosis.

The problem with paraphimosis is that if the foreskin is that tight,
it impedes return of blood from the glans and foreskin beyond the
tight section, leading these parts to become oedematous and swell up,
making it in turn even more difficult to pull the foreskin forward.
All of this is actually preventable by the simple expedient of pulling
the foreskin forward again as soon as this happens, with the same
degree of determination as caused the problem in the first place.

I trust however you will see that as you can readily pull your
foreskin both forward and back without pain, this is of no relevance
whatever to yourself.

In general, stop fighting shadows. :)
