With foreskin back, or forward?
The tight part ("fraenar band") which keeps your foreskin forward
does tend to keep it back when you pull it back and would more-or-less
be the part responsible for paraphimosis if too tight. It will tend to
sit behind the "concertina-d" inside foreskin and in front of the
outside foreskin. If it is a bit tight, well, just make a point of stretching it back as
often as possible, particularly whenever you have an erection, or by
putting tips of both little fingers inside while it is forward and
pulling outward for a bit. Loosening by this will occur over weeks or
months, so just keep doing it and be patient. Neither worry about
which parts you can or can't see behind the glans as it may just all
bunch up.If you are referring to a tight part behind the glans with the
foreskin forward, then I don't know what that is. Either way, if you can
shift it it is no matter. Men sometimes put rings, cords or elastic
bands around their penis to keep it erect and while it isn't a
particularly good idea, it only causes problems if done too tight, for
too long and/ or can't be got off again!Go look at the link I just posted to the chap at the top of this list
for a good description of what goes where.
