The smell is a big factor. He washes frequently but it's hardly ever odor free which makes me want to do certain things less. Also, sex is not as spontaneous as it could be for the very same reason. He refuses to pee in front of me because he is embarassed of his penis. I feel a loss of intimacy. Silly huh? Now I'm feeling guilty! But he has had very few sexual partners, I think the reason for this is his "different" penis. By the way, he knew it was different before I told him it was.
