Stephanie, it may not be serious; pain after orgasm sometimes occurs & may be related to irritated colon or some totally non-sexual cause. Of course the prostate might be involved, too, so you are well-advised to be concerned.) One important question is whether the pain occurs regularly, or frequently. If this is the case you certainly should urge your friend to take the problem to a physician to determine what actually is its cause. I don't think many of us can be of much help to you knowing only what we can learn from the Internet! Best wishes, rjk.
