I know how both you guys feel. I had a short frenulum and a tight foreskin. I'm 25 years old, and last week I went to a private surgery here in the UK and had what I think is referred to as a "partial circumsision" - cut just enough to show head of the penis, but not enough to show the bottom of the helmet, and I had the frenulum removed.
I suffer from an anxiety disorder wherein it's really difficult for me to leave the house, so I can appreciate how scary it can be. When I saw my GP he laughed me out of his office, saying that it was fine. So I went private and got a much better service. Especially as the consultant I saw deals solely in circ's and giving blokes the "chop" and was able to tell me what exactly I needed doing.
I was extremely worried about the operation itself (I had it done under a local), but the nurse and the doctor that did it were real nice and treated it like an oil change on a car – real routine!
