I think I have frenulum breve and phimosis. On pulling the foreskin back it reveals only the tip of the penis. Also the tip is reddened and extremely sensitive. The frenulum is attatched to the tip and seems very short and tight. But I would say if the frenulum wasn`t there the foreskin would still not be wide enough to be retracted. I also have a build up of smegma that I cannot clean which I can feel under the foreskin. I would also say to you that sexual intercourse IS out of the question as the tip of my penis is painfully sensitive. Do you know how long a dorsal slit or frenuloplasty operation would take and would it be undergone with urgency? Thanks again for your help.
