Phymosys, looking for solution

Hello Everybody,
Well I shall start from the thing that I am already 17, and I had a very bad sexual education. Well some years ago I accidentally heard that the foresking must be pulled down so that it all will be situated only at the root of the penis. Well it was really new to me.
So the problem is that I cant pull my foreskin back till the root of my penis.
I only can pull it untill I see the glans.

Please advice me what to do. If there are some really working methods of solving this problem without doctors.
