>i have jsut started reading this forum. First, the advice about being aware of doctors is a good one but then what followed was a diatribe of bad information. This person is very anticircumcision, which as it turns out, is FAR froma a BAD thing!!. I suggest that all of you with foreskin problems go to CIRCLIST or join one of the Yahoo! groups on discussing circumcision. Both as a doctor and a male cut as an adult I can tell you that I, too, say what 95% of all who finally make the decision to get clipped and that is, WHY didn't I get this done sooner???
There is nothing wonderful about a foreskin (hey! you know that already) What you must do is get good advice on how to get this treated and not by docs who do NOT know what they are doing. Go to Circumcision Online and read my testimonial under AussieDoc for starters or email me directly. Please be aware that for reasons no rational human can fathom, you will run across anticirc nonesense all over the Internet and all it will do for you if you follow the advice, is to keep your problems growing.
here's a great plus:, sex with an unencumbered penis is so stunningly better for you and your partner. !!!!!caveat: if all you do is play with your foreskin for your TOTAL sexual enjoyment, then all the above is moot and you will not benefit psychologically from a circumcision. Of course, your penile traumas will persist and the scarring and tearing that continues with time as a result of your foreskin pathology will only make life more miserable, not to mention the infections etc., Eventually, your penile hygeine and wellbeing will become something quite distateful... and I mean THAT in EVERY sense. That includes the increasing risk as time goes by, of penile cancer!!!! Good Luck...
