i had a full circumcision about a month ago now so i can share my experences
the first couple of nights the pain can be a bit bad but if you take pain killers all should be ok.the first time you look at it you can have a bit of a shock but after a few days you will get used to it.as for rubbing yes this can be a bit of a problem dont try to wear boxers i found them worse of all after a couple of weeks the rubbing has worn off and now after a month no problem at all.there should be no pain going to pee just a bit different to get the aim right.anyway good luck if you have any other problems either post or i can be contacted at iselectronics-hotmail.com
