phimosis, bxo problem

Before i went to the doctor i did my research on my condition and i realized that i had a tight foreskin and that the white patches i had on my forskin were probably BXO. the doctor told me though that it was not Bxo but that it was a mere infection that can develop into BXO. he gave me a powder like that of baby powder, but after three weeks my forskin still shows those lacerations/pacthes. my foreskin in certain areas is very sensitive to the point of pain and hinders greatly when i try to engage in sexual activity.the doctor also gave me a steriod cream to strech, but he told me not to use it until my infection has healed. as of today i began using the herbal oil Thuja because i heard it works well with bxo and other infections. Has anyone heard of this oil or the powder or of anything else that can help me if none of this works out,a 20 year old frustrated individual
