Actually, I have read articles that claim the use of steroid creams to cure BXO. BXO doesn't only occur on the male foreskin, but on any area of the body's skin, both male and female. Unfortunately, it seems that medicine's standard answer to any penis problem on an uncircumcised man is to cut his foreskin off.
