I know this may sound stupid, but when you clean your penis are you using soap when you pull your foreskin back and wash your knob and the inside lining of your foreskin?
The only case of balanoposthitis I ever had came after I listened to the rantings and ravings of the lunatic hygiene freaks and began using soap. I went to the GP and got it cured and quit washing with soap under my foreskin, just using clear water, and haven't had a problem since.
It's a similar effect to girls getting vulvitis and they find out its from sitting in bubble bath and all that foo-foo rubbish women like that irritates the vulva of some girls like fire.
Just a thought.
