Two years ago my EX girlfriend got mad and squezzed my penis really hard and shouved it inward just at the momenent I orgasmed. A few days later I noticed my right testicle was drawn up(setting higher in my scrotum) and there was a small lump in my scrotum just above that testicle. At this lump was a sharp pain. I also started to have rapid hair loss all of a sudden. It has been two years now and my testicle has never lowered back down and the pain is still there. I have been to 5 different uroligists with all different awnsers. I have been told it had nothing to do with the hair loss but I am finding they dont know much about this area. I have had an ultrasound done on my testicles only to check for cancer, I have been checked for a hernia and I have been checked for infection. All of these tests came back negative. Never any blood in my urine and sometimes the pain would go away during an erection. Over time this is slowly getting worse. I can still have sex and everything works normal, but now the day after it is really sore. I have been told there is no test they can do to look and see what that knot is. But I have found that an ultrasound may show and a color flow ultrasound will make sure blood is flowing properly. The last uroligist I seen said there was not a whole lot it could be. But he said this knot or mass was definately in my spermatic cord. Maybe a varicose vien, but if it was, as a surgeon, he would not touch it. Or he said it could be scar tissue. He asked me if I had ever been checked to make sure that testicle was getting blood. I told him no. He thought for a minute and said O well. He just recomended me to have the spot numbed to get rid of the pain. Well I know the testicle is getting blood or it would have died by now. I am going to another uroligist in 10 days and my questions now are. What if the testicle is not getting enough blood, would that cause pain? If it is scar tissue would laser surgery help? Will an ultrasound show anything? If anyone has a clue as what this could be or what test should be ran I would appreciate a response. Im having a problem recieving e mail. Please awnser on the forum. Thanks.
