I just want to tell you that after 3 weeks Im feeling better after the surgery.
My urologist kept the foreskin so most of it is still there. Its been some painful weeks but I can now fully retract . I had 25 stitches since my foreskin is big. Now I look like anyone else uncircumcised penis. (I think)
My problem now is to learn to masturbate in a different way than what Im used to since I had pinhole phimosis all my life.
I think what worries me now is my extremely sensitive head. I cant touch it and it can be painful to masturbate with the foreskin on the glans. So I retract the foreskin and try to masturbate without touching the head. It works but its not the same feeling as Im used to.
But the urologist told me it will get better after 2-3 months .If anyone have experience with this please feel free to write me.
