Do take a read around the other answers I and others have posted here.
This degree of sensitivity is indeed normal if you are not in the habit of
retracting your foreskin. And it is very much the normal state for a woman's clitoris.
Most instructional manuals about sexuality go to great pains to point out this fact
and instruct men in the degree of delicacy and lubrication required to enjoyably
stimulate the clitoris, so why should the same not apply to uncircumcised men?However, if you (as I would suggest) adopt the habit of retracting the foreskin to pee
as well as to shower, you will certainly adapt the glans more to touch and
manipulation, but if women require lubrication for stroking to be enjoyable, why
should you not?
