Well, it is argued that phimosis doesn't really exist at that age unless there
is some evidence that the foreskin is impeding the urinary stream. "Ballooning" of
the foreskin is sometimes cited as such evidence, but there is a "catch" to this at
that particular age. At birth, not only is the foreskin not able to be retracted due
to the tightness of the opening in the foreskin, but it is actually attached to the
glans. Such attachment however parts during the first four years which means that if
the opening of the foreskin is still snug (not necessarily tight, but merely elastic),
the foreskin will balloon during urination where it did not previously, though
the foreskin is in fact no tighter than before. A doctor ignorant of this normal process
might diagnose "phimosis".

You were manifestly lucky to be in a country with doctors of sufficient competence
not to perform a circumcision as would be the usual case in America and perhaps Canada
or Australia.

One can only assume you permitted this to happen by not regularly pulling back
the foreskin to pee (as I advise) or simply to play with it.

I presume you actually mean it pulls the head down.

Again I say do keep pulling it back to that point, again and again, as often as
you can, whenever you pee or masturbate, perhaps even when you have sex.

You will not damage it by doing so, but rather you will slowly cause it to stretch and
eventually, loosen up so as to be comfortable under all circumstances.

Indeed it may be a reason to finish "too early", but premature ejaculation is most
certainly a common problem, and the tension on the fraenulum not the only cause by any
means.

Certainly your great misfortune (;-) in having a partner with a tight vagina
is the major factor so all I can suggest is - enjoy it whilst you can! Even
someone with no foreskin would be prone to that problem.

Go slower in that situation, if it happens, wait ten minutes and try again (you have
to keep the partner occupied in that time - of course that is most essential but
there are ways - I should not have to explain to you) and just work at the stretching.
