Just for more information, I used to live in Eastern Europe - Romania. Despite the bad economic situation, Romania has very good doctors, especially in surgery.
On the other hand, in that part of the world, circumcision is just something to denote your belonging to a jewish or arab comunity. Nobody else practice this type of mutilation.> One can only assume you permitted this to happen by not regularly pulling back
