too much foreskin after surgery

I have had a dorsal slit a year ago and my first problem after the surgery was my sensitive glans but that feels much better now. My problem today is that Im not happy about the foreskin its too long under the glans and you can see the scars from the surgery. I have looked at other mens penis with normal foreskin and they look so much better. What is the options for me now? To remove more of the skin, will it be like a a full circ?
