OWW! supersensitive head PLease Help.

Much like many posts I have read here, I had never really clicked with the idea that i actually have a penis inside my foreskin until about 6months ago. (I'm 20)
I started trying with HUGE pain to retract my flaccid foreskin in the shower, but the pain on the head of my penis was too great to hold it there very long.

I did this only a few times becuase I was unsure if it was the right thing to do.

About 12 hours a go I was masterbating and as I ejaculated the foreskin flicked back exposing the entire head of the penis. This made for a very 'dull-dead' pain afterwards and I woke up this morning with my foreskin not covering as much of the head when flaccid as normal. usually the entire penis is covered with the skin, now small tip is still out.

Like other posts I have read, I'm really freakin out due to the fleshy, red, swollen look of the head and moreso the aching pain when my underwear, air, or anything touches it now.

I have read you can do do damage by having it 'flick back' like that while errect, I am in zero pain though unless something touches the head of the penis, no pain otherwise.

What should I do?

Was what happened a good thing? or should I be rushing to the doctor?

What exactly is the best way to loosen the skin and more importantly, lessen the sensitivity of the head!!!!

ANy help greatly appreciated.
