Had full cric on May 30 - having problems

I had a full circ Wed May 30. I am at my 7th day and still bleeding a little. The stitches around the under side of the head are like little wires and they stick out and cause me much pain when they touch any clothing. When they rub it starts bleeding again. The penis itself is swelled up like a coke can and the testicals have swollen too about the size of a softball. The dr said that this was blood draining into the sack and that the body would absorb it in time. I cant wear any chothes this week because the touch of cloth or anything on the penis sends me through the wall. I have a black spot on the under side of my penis head left side and it bleeds and ozes clear liquid around the head. The Head is red with patches of white in the center of each red spot and it is oozing clear liquid. Does anyone have any suggestions for me or have you experienced any of these effects after a circumcision. This is the first time that the glans have been exposed to the air - they have been covered for 19 years. please email me with comments. Will be seeing the Dr tomorrow June 6 - wednesday.
