Betamethasone

Hi,

3 questions if you please...

1. Are there any reported side effects regarding the use of Betamethasone?
2. Is there a too-late age to start stretching? I'm 22 and just found out :-(
3. How long does it usually take to stretch it all the way back? I can partially retract it at about 1/4 or 1/2 of the way.
