Howdy.
Whilst I CAN flick my foreskin back when flacid, and given a bit of a grunt, even when erect, it hurts like a bitch, a pain such as someone wrapping rubber bands tightly around the bottom of the head. A couple of times my g/f has been masturbating me and rolled it back all the way which quickly makes any more contact with it painful for an hour or so.
So from what I can gather here, my problem is a tightness one, and shouldnt need surgery, given the fact, it IS physically possible for me to roll it back. is this correct??
I started pinching the end of the flacid foreskin in the shower with the tips of my fingers, and pulling it horizontally sideways, holding, then letting go. As many people have stated, the glans are not used to air/touch and hurt like hell.
However, I have found a good way to help this:
While stretching and retracting back, even so only half the tip is visible, TAP the head front on with your other palm. Gentle first few days, but then work up so your going pretty hard on it. This seems to help both the touch and air sensitivity. What you are actually doing I guess is simulating the head pushing into a vagina (however its not really masturbation and isnt exactly stimulating given your stretching your skin also!)I think this works, but could the more knowledgeable people here tell me if this is doing any damage somehow?
My stretching concern is how much is enough, eg. how long should a stretch be held so its doing some work? 10sec? 60sec?
I try to grip and stretch out the foreskin at least 3 x 40sec holds each shower, and tapping the head while retratcing back the other way about 200 or so times also. In 2 weeks my natural foreskin position has already slid back a fair way, and when masturbating is rolling much further down, exposing about 3/4 of the (still red/sore) head.
I plan on continuing for another 2 weeks then going to my GP THEN. I figure If I went BEFORE actually trying to fix it with stretching, he'd just demand a quick surgical fix. I dont want that, and seeign the difference already dont believe its needed.
Just want some advice from people who have has success, in regards to the diffrent types (with DETAILS, not just, "stretch") of exercises I can do to further help.
Please include WHERE you hold, the DIRECTION you pull, how LONG you hold, and how HARD you hold etc.
Many Thanks and best of luck to all, this forum is a fucking godsend for those of us who are adults and have problems such as these.
