Frenulum Breve?

well umm i'm uncircumcised and whatnot.. never had a problem w/ my frenulum before. had sex all fine and dandy alot...

one day me and my girl were engaged in intercourse and we were still somewhat clothed (oh come on like no one else did it before like that). anyways umm my foreskin got caught in the fabric of her boxers that she was wearing and tore the frenulum..

does this probably mean i will be needing my frenulum hacked apart?
