i read your article and the request for ideas for a natural solvent. my (circumcised) son has difficulties with adhesions. i wished the article had addressed the issue more as it relates to boys who are circumcised. Anyway, perhaps an exfollient would be helpful. i have heard that sour milk is an exfollient. in the meantime i will be discussing betamethasone with my doctor.
