glan sensitivity after circ - 2 1/2 weeks ago

How long does it take for the stitches to dissolve after surgery. They have turned white but are still there. Also Should the sensitiviy be decreasing. The underside of my penis is still so very sensitive - still feel quite a bit of pressure when I urinate. I was circ on May 30 - will be three weeks this wednesday. The top of the glans I can touch - cant' touch around the rim and the underside. It this normal? I am using neosporian with pain releiver in it and it helps. Any others suggestions or if anyone has gone through this with similiar problems - please write me and give me some advice. Thanks Gary
