Dont worry my stiches took abot 3 weeks to all come out they dont realy desolve as such it is just as the skin sofens after bathing etc they come out or i infact pulled the last few out after 3 weeks after a bath.As for sens this came take about a month or so to sort its self out.Dont worry in a month or so you will wonder what you where worried about.I dont know what you mean about preasure when urinating ?
