A number of problems(?) relating to the Penis

im 17..
I've masturbated pretty much all my youth (i dont know how i came by it.. or WHY i did it 'quite' regulary as a child) - im not sure that this ALONE is a problem, as far as i know it isnt. the problem is my foreskin, and my lack of knowledge about all this.

to me circumsision was the cutting of a SMALL amount of foreskin at the top of the penis, how wrong i was when watching a programme (eurotrash in fact :D) i caught a glimpse of a mans penis... which was VERY different to mine ;) as you can see i was quite worried and deducted that that was what circumsison was. Of course i just figured it was a religious thing.

until i watched ER ;) - where this guy benton and his wife argue about hygiene... and thats when i got really worried... because as a child i knew nothing of masturbation, i just DID something which basically caused me to ejaculate(?) the substance etc... i never knew i had to clean it or anything.... and im not sure if thats what all this hygiene stuff is about.. im not sure about anything.

all i know is that i got the courage to see what was underneath... but couldnt get very far at all... i can see the top of the head, but the forskin will go down further on the side closeset to my stomach, but on the opposite side it seems... melded with the slit thing (excuse my complete lack of knowledge) so im left wondering what all this is.. what im to do...

i also have what appears to be a darkish, transparenty red streak on the underside of my penis... i have no idea what it is.. and im pretty sure its not regular?....

im scared that these all might be something serious... and im too shy, embarrased and definately not open about these things. and thank the lord for the internet.... but if anyone out there can at least educate me on whats going on... cause im lost....

my worry is that i've collected something or other under the foreskin which needs cleaning... i've seen glimpses of fleshy looking stuff... but ffs... i dunno... and im not sure how to go about solving this.

i'd at least like to understand a bit before i talk to my parents, who in defence always thought i knew about this kind of thing... and in all honesty, i thought i did!......
