First off, don't worry about where your inclination to masturbate came from, it's innate, natural, and if you didn't it's likely something would be wrong with you. Viewed from offshore and being in blessed ignorance of any firsthand knowledge, it seems to me that most Brits are prisoners of NHS which doesn't know much about their penises and apparently doesn't want to know. I think the Brits could learn a lot from the Danes. No Danes are circumcised (except Muslims and Jewish men), but they seem to have no problems with the penis. A good reason for this is that little boys during their first year in school meet with doctors who tell them, "This is your penis, this is how you clean it, and you need to do this regularly." At the same time the kids are checked out & if there's anything wrong with the penis it's corrected then. So, they grow up without ignorance of the penis and its hygiene, and without penile problems. (Of course in the USA where 90 million males were circumcised at birth, very few guys have problems with their penises, either, but that's considered a bit drastic in some parts of the world.)
You probably don't have much (if anything) wrong with your penis, although without looking at it that's something that can't be definitely determined. On this side of the pond I'd suggest you go to a doctor for professional advice, but don't have a clue what you can expect from NHS. If your parents are reasonably relaxed about things like that, it seems this would be a good time to discuss your concerns with them (your father, at least) before going elsewhere.Best wishes, Bob.
