just to say dont worry masturbating is 100% normal and as for keeping yorself clean this is important it sounds like your forskin is tight but streching is an option i would see your GP just to put your mind at rest i live in the UK and i was worried the first time i went but they have seen it all before and it will be ok.I was circ this year as i couldnt keep it clean and got an infection but the op was half an hour and about a month before i was back to normal so to speak
Just dont worry you are 100% normal !
