i think you worry too much it is poss that you may have an infection if the skin is red and saw best just ask your gp as for the stiches they will come out you think about it we shed skin every day any new skin grows from below the stitches will come away once this happens bathing helps by removing the skin.....dont worry but if you cant help yourself ask you surgen or gp just to put you mind at rest
