Weird vein on testicle

I know this isn't a circumcision question, but a) i dont know where else to ask this and b) i received helpful answers before here:

in the past two months, right after I masterbate, a thick vein or something sticks out of my right testicle, all along the length of it from the back to the front. Anyone know what this is? it's freaking me out.
