Mike, you don't have to have a circumcision question to log on here, of course, but having said that I frankly don't have a clue about your bulging vein. I think it would freak me out too, & I think it's an excellent reason to go and show it to a doctor. It may not be serious, since it only shows up after you masturbate & (so far, at least!) it goes away; still I think I'd show it to the doc. Best wishes, Bob.
