You sound entirely normal to me, except that your foreskin is tight and may require circumcision. If it is actually needed, it is better sorted out when you are young so that you have the whole of your adult sex life to look forward to.

It is embarrassing the first time you go to your doctor, but this soon passes. When I tore my frenulum the biggest problem was the swelling in the meatus which was very painful and the whole thing got infected. One thing is for sure, I was not afraid to go to the doctor, I was afraid NOT to go. I don't think the poor guy had been too well trained on penises. My advice would be to go straight to your GP, its no big deal. They always recommend circumcision (this they are trained in) and it sounds like that is what you need.
