Ok, I'm 17 and a half years old, and I'm uncircumcised. I also have an overhang that goes out maybe a quarter of an inch or so. When in the flaccid state, I can pull my foreskin back behind the glands, without any pain, and then the foreskin automatically retracts back into its position. From the research I have done, this appears to be normal. However, when I get an erection, the foreskin does not retract automatically except for maybe a quarter of an inch or so, revealing the tip (meatus?) and some of the skin around this. Now, very carefully I can move the foreskin back behind the glands, without any pain or mild discomfort except for occasionally feelings of "tension" on my frenumum (sp?). There is also occasionally a sense of tightness around the lower region of the glands, where the foreskin has retracted to, but no pain usually. However, once the foreskin has been manually pushed back during an erection, it does not retract to its normal position and, after having an orgasm, I have had to sometimes help force (but not hard) the foreskin back over the glands and slowly work it back into its regular position.
So, my question is: Is this normal, or do I possibly have some problem that I should have checked out by a doctor or a urologist?
Thanks.
