Thanks for your posting on the ARC forum.
I think i know what you are going through i realy conceren for the first week or so about the erections and what harm they would cause.Yes they where painful and made me panic i remember that once it pulled a large scab off at three in the morning and i have never felt such pain!(and it bleed)
I never had any dressing at all at any time even after the op as i was told that the wound would heal much faster without and after the first day i had three salt baths a day which kept the whole thing clean and after a couple of weeks the healing was all but finished and the stitches came out or i pulled out the last few.As for erections at night the only thing that may help would to keep an ice pack at the side of your bed and as you feel one coming on use it i certainly turns you off so to speak.As for the drugs i would avoid them if you can as in a week or so you should feel ok.The swelling in the balls sound mare like fluid from the op that can give you this extra feeling that you need to ejaculate i would wait till things are healed before trying as it could be very painful by what you say and make you bleed.Any way good luck,if you feel i can help with further post-circ advice you are welcome to E-mail me direct(jefferyi-ntlworld.com) as i don't visit the ARC forum that much now as my circ is healed.
