Well, judging by that massive over-reaction, I guess I hit the nail right on the head! If there is such a thing as congenital phimosis, it sure as heck don't follow that circumcision is an appropriate solution. We find that less than 1% of patients are circumcized and half of those also have non-medical reasons.
