I don’t consider my previous response to be an over-reaction, jim22, as I still feel exactly the same way about ignorant and argumentative people who inflict their blind opinions on others in an offensive manner; people who have no respect for the decisions of others and do not understand the circumstances under which any of these decisions were made.

Oh dear, jim22, once again you have made a fool of yourself. This ridiculous statement clearly illustrates not only your blatant stupidity, but also your illogical patterns of thought. In the quote above you admit to having never heard of phimosis and think that I am making it up (!) - leading me to wonder just why you would comment in such a manner on something you don’t even understand! – but then you go on to state that circumcision is not an appropriate solution for it!? What the fuck?! Additionally, for your information, you are wrong. Circumcision, although a last resort, is definitely an appropriate solution and also one of the most common remedies for phimosis, especially in severe cases. If you are unable to grasp the medical reasons behind circumcision, you have no business commenting on them!

That meaningless statistic you dreamed up… “We find that less than 1% of patients are circumcized and half of those also have non-medical reasons.” - Reads like you are some kind of medical practitioner. I sincerely hope that for the safety of those around you, that you are not in any such position of authority, and as a result are able to bring harm to as few people as possible through your obviously shameless stupidity. I am beginning to wonder just how dim-witted you really are, jim22, as I grow tired of yet again attempting to get it through to you that my circumcision Was.Carried.Out.For.Medical.Reasons. -–> phimosis!!!

Unlike yourself, other people think before acting/posting, and I decided on a circumcision with good reason as a last resort. I am not pro-circumcision, I hate it. I didn’t want to be circumcised, but it was the only sensible option left open to me after all other attempts at alternative treatments had failed. I spent a long time (just over a year) researching and gaining all the information I could on my condition, finding out everything that I could have done to correct the phimosis I have had since birth. Many remedies that had worked for others, such as the use of the steroidal cream ‘betamethasone’ did not work in my case; and so after considering all other options including dorsal slits etc. and not wanting to be stuck with this ailment for life, I decided on a circumcision. Unfortunately the immediate effects of this were worse than I had imagined, and looking for help, I consulted this forum as it had been of use to me in the past. Imagine my ‘surprise’ when amongst the helpful and reassuring replies to my message, some spiteful little prick had deposited his insulting and unpleasant little remark ridiculing my plea, and suggesting that I had foolishly and spontaneously decided to go and get it whacked off without any thought because I was bored or something!!

You are an idiot. Consider why you posted that first unprovoked and offensive remark. If it was your deliberate intention to get a rise out of someone when they are down, then yes jim22, you did ‘hit the nail on the head’. I hope you are feeling really proud of yourself. Why do you bother instigating arguments by posting on this forum; is your life so pathetic you really have nothing better to do… I suppose it is a good way for you to get your name seen and guarantee replies. – sad!

Maybe you ought to shut-up before you get in over your (empty) head. I suggest you crawl back under your rock, and next time take heed from the old adage… “If you don’t have anything pleasant to say then keep your mouth shut”!
