After pulling the foreskin right back, below the head of the penis i have a small swollen lump or like a nerve or something it's worse when the penis is errect it's not reallt painfull more like an aching pain. but it's been there a month now and it's not stopped me having sex be it is worrying and if anyone can help me on this or can give me an advice on what this might be i would be very greatfull.
