scince childhood my foreskin never retracted even when i got an erection. Only when i was seventeen i forced the skin back and noticed a buildup of small whiteish lumps around the base of the head probably due to a bulidup of semen etc. Scince then the lumps have never gone away even though i am vigilant about keeping it clean. This has given me much anguish sexually and i fell deformed. Does anyone know if they can be removed and if they might cause a problem in the future?
