I find that somewhat inconsistent with the dreadful phrase "shouldn't of done it" in your earlier post.

That is something I would expect never to find in a letter from a consultant, even an American.
Nevertheless if you can satisfactorily explain how it happened, then I must concede that your subtlety about the
oxymoron "congenital phimosis" was totally lost on poor Rod.
