Nothing you mention so far indicates any reason whatever to see a doctor, as this is a situation easily
sorted out for yourself in all probability. It just takes patience, admittedly something many people lack!

Start by reading previous posts, particularly "I have a question." by Josh and "sensitive glans" by Nikos,
and answers to them particularly by myself and "jim22" who does seem for his brusqueness, to know
what he's talking about.

Essentially, the point is that the tight foreskin will stretch if you make a point of retracting it as
often as possible, whenever you have an erection (presuming it is convenient to do so of course) and
when you pee (when you often have an erection anyway). You should also be able to spend some time
stretching the tight part with two (little) fingertips inside.

It is likely that some potent steroid ointment (Betnovate 1/2) would soften or weaken the skin if applied
to the tight band and make this easier, and you need a doctor's prescription for this but you really
should give the stretching a substantial try on its own.

I can't say I know that many "foreskin-savvy" doctors in Sydney in any case. ;-)
