how do i tell my parents that i wanna get circumsized? i think i have phimosis.

hello this is a very sensitive subject and i need to talk about it. i have a reason to believe that i have phimosis for the simple fact that i cant see my penis head. the front of my penis is like the part of a balloon that u blow up. it is very tight but i can piss fine and masturbate fine its just that i cant retract my skin back to see my penis head. i talked to my friend about this and he is circumsized and he said that i should get it circumsized. i am very scared to even talk about my penis around my parents. by the way i am 15 years old. my race is indian. i saw my dad's penis a couple of times and it looks like he has the same thing as me. i dont think he can retract his skin either.
i have another question. say, for example i wait till im about in my 20s to get circumsized. will that be harmful? will i be able to do everything normal like masturbating without having to worry about anything? if anyone has any replies can u please reply to me privately by emailing me at jedi4049-aol.com
