Firstly, I don't your parents and how approachable they are. I'm sure though that they will want what is best for you.
Secondly, I would advise seeing a doctor or urologist to determine the exact problem.
I know that at your age I recognised I had a problem with my foreskin not retracting. Congratulations on being brave enough to look into soloutions on how to solve the problem. Personally I'd recommend that the sooner the problem is solved the better for you.
