You need to keep trying. As often as you can, be persistent, pull it back as far as you can and hold it there
as long as practical. If it gets stuck back behind the penis head (called "paraphimosis") during an erection,
then you have to be prepared to pull it forcibly forward (by holding the skin on either side behind the "stuck"
part) to "unjam" it again.

You've not been pulling it back often enough. Every time you pee just to make sure. When I state this, some
people say it's not necessary to pull it back to pee, well you can figure that out for yourself but if it needs
the regular stretching like it does in your case, then I think that is the absolute minimum you need to do.

Read the other posts here. What you have is not an indication for circumcision because in your case it almost
works as it should - you just need to exercise/ keep working on it and if you do it will come good..
