Dunno, doesn't make sense to cut off part of your body to make a condom work

You'll find instructions and drawings that show you how to put a condom on including the fact that you need to pull your foreskin right back and hold it there while rolling the condom on and then allow your foreskin to go forward to its natural position so your foreskin can move. Oh, and before you put the condom on, pinch the air out of the reservoir tip to keep air from forming a pocket inside the condom. If you don't the condom can tear and/or come off.
