And an excellent one at that!

Oh dear, here comes the "normal" question again! Can I just suggest that in terms of common experience, it's well
within the range, but it's quite obviously not desirable. Anyway, in general, few circumcised guys and not too many
intact ones when retracted, spray.> I would guess not since circumcised men pee at urinals, as far as I know.
But how many do indeed choose to retract?

Au contraire, it's a superb aiming mechanism in which the "lips" adjust to the force of the stream over a
wide range and form a cohesive stream.Let's not get right into the argument about needing modification, but I really suspect your problem is that your
fraenulum is pulling on the meatus ("lips") and distorting them so they do not function properly. A circumcised guy
can cause this too by pulling the penile skin back tight. Is this the case, and how far have you experimented with the pressure with which you retract to adjust the shape of
the meatus and the resultant effect on the stream? It's a good shower exercise!
